If you wish to submit a warranty claim for a clutch you bought directly from NPC, please complete the form below.  Please also attach all relevant documents (ie. installation invoice, photos of issue, other relevant documentation).   

If you bought your clutch through a distributor/mechanic or other retailer, please contact them first & they will contact us if they determine that there is a manufacturing issue.

We’ll generally respond to your request within 3-5 days during our operating hours.
