It is up to the customer to provide an address (ie. business address) where someone will be available to sign for delivery. If TNT attempts delivery but nobody is available to sign, you may be required to collect your parcel from your nearest TNT depot.

Some stock may require items to be ordered in.  These orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after being received from the manufacturer.  You will receive an email when your order has left our warehouse.Â

- Victoria: 4-7 business days
- South Australia: 4-7 business days
- Western Australia: 6-10 business days
- Tasmania: 6-10 business days

Click & Collect
You may select local pickup if you wish to collect from our premises at 75 Secam Street Mansfield Qld 4122. Click & Collect orders will be processed within 1-2 business days for in stock items.
Some stock may require items to be ordered in. These orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after being received from the manufacturer.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected. Collection is available 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday only. Please do not come to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.
Freight Terms & Conditions
- In addition to the cost of the Goods, unless otherwise specified, NPC will charge freight where NPC delivers the goods to the customer. Freight costs must be paid at the time of payment of the goods.
- Insurance is not included in the freight charge. Insurance, if required, is the responsibility of the customer and be arranged prior to the dispatch of goods.
- Purchasers wanting to nominate another freight company and/or method of delivery, other than the one used by NPC, must make arrangements prior to dispatch of the goods. Any costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
- NPC is not liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to the Purchaser or its customers arising from late or non-delivery or late installation of the goods
